Andreas Binkert studied at the Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), Zurich, and holds a Master of Science. He has worked with several organisations including Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), and later was a lecturer at SCIarc and the University of Colorado. In Switzerland he founded the architectural office ARCHIPART. Today he is a partner in real estate developer Nüesch Development and teaches at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences. Andreas is also Ambassador of 2000-Watt Smart Cities and President of the 2000-Watt-Smart-Cities Association.
